Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities General Support: Provide overall support and maintain close communication with the sales team. Sales Operations Assistance: Support daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales reports, analyses, and tender documents. Trade Finance Officer
Responsibilities Daily Transaction Management: Manage daily transactions related to Export Letters of Credit (LC), Import/Export Bills, including collection and settlement. Bank Liaison: Coordinate with the bank for issuing LCs, negotiating Import/Export Bills, and addressing discrepancies. Colleague Support: Address inquiries from colleagues regarding trade transactions. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily and monthly reports and analyses for the department. Treasury Operations: Oversee daily treasury operations, including fund balancing. Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks regarding foreign exchange contracts, loans, deposits, and KYC reviews. Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed about telecommunications trends and the latest international products to update the company’s offerings and align with market demands.  Requirements Degree holder. 5 years of experience in product solutions within the telecommunications sector. HCNA, HCNP, HCIE, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MPLS-VPN Strong understanding of WAN and SDN technologies. Air freight Export Operation
Responsibilities Full Set Document Management: Manage the complete set of air import/export operation documents and input data into the system. Support for Courier Operations: Provide on-site support for courier cargo processing. Export ULD Monitoring: Oversee and track the build-up of export ULDs (Unit Load Devices) and ensure their timely delivery to the airport. Daily Operations Support: Address daily operational inquiries and correspondence. Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with subcontractors and the customer service team to ensure that all shipment requirements are accurately met.  Requirements Diploma or above 3-5 years experience in “FULL” AIR export operation Ability to deal with sub contractors Middle user level of MS Excel and Word Responsible, independent and self-motivated. Able to work overtime and work under pressure Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
