Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet objectives in cross-border eCommerce channels.
  • Oversee distributors in implementing coordinated business plans and achieving relevant sales KPIs.
  • Manage the execution and assessment of pricing strategies for cross-border eCommerce platforms in collaboration with distributors and internal teams.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key business partners, such as distributors and buyers from cross-border eCommerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales trends and competitor insights to inform business decisions and actions.
  • Generate monthly forecasts for sales demand and investment spending using data analytics.
  • Prepare and deliver updates on sales performance and business strategies to senior management.


 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, with a requirement for prior involvement in cross-border e-commerce.
  • Previous experience in the Infant Formula Milk category and sales on cross-border eCommerce platforms like JD and Tmall is advantageous.
  • Strong written, typing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua).
  • Mature, independent, ethical, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
  • Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to mainland China as necessary.
  • Proficient in PC usage and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
