Keep abreast and drive adoption of cloud-base microservices technologies, drive usage of the best fit technology and tools
Utilizing internal and external engineers, maintains measurements to continue improving the engineering team velocity and quality of deliverables
Hands on full-stack development
Be part of the Scrum team, ensure Scrum methodology is fully adopted and aligned. Driving quicker feedback loops, continuously reviews deliverables with product owners, UI/UX, and other stakeholders
Close collaboration with product team, platform team, scrum master, UI/UX on products development
Understand the business products and processes, ensure the IT products are developed in business considerations
