Job Description

Responsibilities

  • C&B Administration Focus: Primarily responsible for Compensation and Benefits (C&B) administration, including payroll calculations (commission and performance bonuses), pension management, benefits and insurance administration, and tax filings.
  • C&B Project Implementation: Assist in reviewing and implementing periodic C&B projects, such as annual salary reviews, reward benchmarking, insurance renewals, and budget preparation.
  • HR Initiatives Support: Support the development of HR initiatives aimed at revamping policies and streamlining workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job vacancy advertisements, resume evaluations, conducting interviews, and selecting appropriate candidates.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR analysis reports for management’s review.
  • Staff Engagement Activities: Assist in developing and implementing activities to enhance staff engagement.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

 Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of solid experience in managing payroll and administering employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, with practical expertise in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), particularly in payroll and benefits modules, considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
