Job Description
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Carry out all order processing activities using the ERP system to ensure high service levels, and follow up on customer orders for timely delivery.
- Supply Chain Execution: Implement supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, purchasing, logistics coordination, invoice preparation, and shipping documentation.
- Sales Operations Administration: Take charge of sales operations administration to meet company standards and ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
- Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers on purchasing activities and address any purchasing-related issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse departments, to facilitate cohesive and impactful sales support initiatives.
- Operational Enhancements: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, analyze sales data, and forecast to establish optimal stock control measures and replenishment strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare various regular reports and analyses for management’s review.
Requirements
- A degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of solid experience in supply chain and overseas shipment processing will be an advantage.
- Experience in using a ERP system will be a plus.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
