Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell test and measurement products, such as safety compliance testers, power electronics testing equipment, multimedia application solutions, EMC test solutions, and RF & Microwave instruments, primarily in Hong Kong.
  • Market Exploration: Identify new sales opportunities and market segments within the research and scientific community in Hong Kong to strengthen and expand market presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision-makers within the research and scientific sectors.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales administration and technical support, to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Technical Support and Demonstrations: Provide basic technical consultations and product demonstrations of testing and measurement instruments to potential clients, highlighting the value and features of the products.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotes that align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and present monthly sales forecasting reports to management.

 Requirements

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience in instrumentation is preferable.
  • Good presentation, communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
