Our client is one of the largest globally competitive insurance groups listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange of Japan. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Senior Claims Specialist General Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance claims for different lines of business
• Ensure proper reserving, adjustment and settlement of all claims
• Resolve enquiries from customers, colleagues and business partners
• Work closely with all parties such as loss adjuster and / or solicitor, etc. on daily operations to ensure delivery of quality and professional claims services to the stakeholders
• Other ad hoc support to the team
