Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Full Set Document Management: Manage the complete set of air import/export operation documents and input data into the system.

  • Support for Courier Operations: Provide on-site support for courier cargo processing.

  • Export ULD Monitoring: Oversee and track the build-up of export ULDs (Unit Load Devices) and ensure their timely delivery to the airport.

  • Daily Operations Support: Address daily operational inquiries and correspondence.

  • Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with subcontractors and the customer service team to ensure that all shipment requirements are accurately met.

 Requirements

  • Diploma or above

  • 3-5 years experience in “FULL” AIR export operation

  • Ability to deal with sub contractors

  • Middle user level of MS Excel and Word

  • Responsible, independent and self-motivated.

  • Able to work overtime and work under pressure

  • Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods and RAT
