Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities

General Support: Provide overall support and maintain close communication with the sales team.

Sales Operations Assistance: Support daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales reports, analyses, and tender documents.

CRM and ERP Management: Handle CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAGE) systems.

Shipment Coordination: Arrange and coordinate shipments and deliveries with both internal and external parties.

Payment Follow-Up: Monitor payment schedules with customers.

Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing activities, including support for events and exhibitions.

Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements

Diploma or above
-
Experience in handling international shipment and logistics are an advantage

Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
