Job Description

Responsibilities

  • General Support: Provide overall support and maintain close communication with the sales team.

  • Sales Operations Assistance: Support daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, sales reports, analyses, and tender documents.

  • CRM and ERP Management: Handle CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAGE) systems.

  • Shipment Coordination: Arrange and coordinate shipments and deliveries with both internal and external parties.

  • Payment Follow-Up: Monitor payment schedules with customers.

  • Marketing Participation: Engage in marketing activities, including support for events and exhibitions.

  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above

  • Experience in handling international shipment and logistics are an advantage

  • Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Immediately available is preferred
