Job Description
Responsibilities

Work alongside the social media team to create innovative and brand-aligned campaign content.

Design campaigns for Facebook and Instagram that support broader brand initiatives and objectives.

Manage social media accounts for clients.

Participate in client pitches and assist in writing proposals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend new initiatives that align with business goals.

Develop influencer marketing campaigns that fit with the overall brand and social media strategy.

Monitor expenditures against financial targets and describe how the budget impacts the organization’s financial plan.

Approach problem-solving with agility and adaptability.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience using social media for business purposes.

Background in an agency setting is preferred.

Solid experience with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Hands-on experience in social media advertising and performance analysis.

Experience with LinkedIn, XHS, and WeChat is a plus.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong analytical skills.
