Responsibilities

• Marketing and Leasing Management: Manage marketing and leasing activities for commercial properties in Hong Kong (95%) and a few overseas locations (5%), primarily in Australia, coordinating with vendors and supporting colleagues.

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, feasibility studies, rental assessments, and data analysis.

• Tenant Liaison: Communicate directly with real estate agents, prospective tenants, and current tenants regarding new leases and renewals, emphasizing direct tenant management.

• Property Coordination: Coordinate with property management and handle related duties for commercial properties.

• Presentation Assistance: Assist in preparing presentation materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial leasing.

• Self-motivated, outgoing, responsible, and acts with integrity.

• Strong numerical sensitivity with good analytical abilities.

• Customer-focused with effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
