Our client is now seeking a high-caliber individual to join their Air Freight Department as a Airfreight Manager Customer Service Import & Export. This role is crucial in leading exceptional service delivery and guiding their customer service team toward success.
Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead a customer service team to ensure smooth daily operations in air freight export and import.

Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships by ensuring customers receive outstanding service.

Customer Onboarding: Support Sales and Implementation teams in onboarding new customers.

Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing, dedicated customer service team.

Tender Management: Oversee the tender process, ensuring strategic and competitive contract proposals.

Procedure Development: Create and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Escalation Support: Serve as a key escalation point, providing guidance and support to your team.

Operational Reporting: Regularly update management on operational developments and improvements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.

8-10 years of customer service experience in the freight forwarding industry, including 5 years in a supervisory role.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Mature, capable of working under pressure and independently.
