Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead the operations and warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance productivity and efficiency in airfreight export and import.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, and suppliers to secure competitive prices, contracts, and adequate cargo space, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to provide the best prices and solutions that align with the company's objectives.

• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and provide operational support for all business initiatives, strategic projects, and key accounts.

• SOP Management: Review, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on KPIs, performance metrics, feedback, and changing business needs to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and regularly report findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of solid air transportation operations management experience, previous experience in airline is a must.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Mature, capable of working under pressure and independently.
