Job Description
  • Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, KPI, & all related duties
  • Review, formulate and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies and procedures to meet the Company’s business objectives and labor ordinance
  • Handle monthly payroll, maintain staff record and HR filing system
  • Perform compensation and benefits study such as job mapping evaluation, salary review, staff cost budget, annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs, etc
  • Advise and enforce internal HR policies and procedures
